Create a destination-oriented, experiential environment.

This concept features a contemporary shed-roof retail village organized around a central water feature and landscaped gathering spaces, anchored by wellness, nutrition, and spa tenants. The study evaluated zoning compliance, site constraints, circulation, parking ratios, pedestrian connectivity, grading, and utilities. Building placement was optimized to frame views, enhance visibility, and create a cohesive courtyard centered on a naturalistic pond with waterfalls and refined terraces. Key considerations included access and drop-off, walkability, parking efficiency, integrated stormwater design, phasing flexibility, solar orientation, and mountain view preservation. The resulting concept balances placemaking with disciplined site planning, supporting year-round activation, extended dwell time, and strong tenant synergy.
